Welcome to the Hungarian Junior Open 2006 in Szeged

Players, parents, coaches and spectators, the Squash Club Szabadidőközpont, the organising team and the Szeged public are looking forward to welcoming you in their club, for the first Hungarian Junior Open to be held in their beautiful city.

Following so quickly after the very successful World University Championships held in Szeged at the end of August. At that event I was here as a Coach and I know the organisation and facilities were excellent and it is my wish to be part off another successful event.

This tournament, part of the ESF Junior Grand Prix Circuit will also help in preparation for the U15/U17 European Championships to be held in Szeged during 2007. It shows the commitment that the club and its owners show towards the development of squash, especially on the junior side.

So there is nothing left for me to say except everybody in Szeged is looking forward to making your trip to Hungary an enjoyable one, well except on the squash court! So have a safe journey and see you here in November!
