DIRECTION TO THE CLUB
From Wien go towards Budapest. At the end of motorway M1 turn to M0 to Szeged. From the M0 drive on the motorway M5 to Szeged. The distance is about 160 km. Use the second exit at Szeged West, and turn left towards Szeged! (165 km table) Go straight to Szeged (it is about 7 km). When you arrive at Szeged, drive on straight, cross the railway, and after 500 m cross the other railway, drive another 500 m, you will see a Peugeot showroom. Turn left (Textilgyári Rd.) right at the Pegueot showroom, and at the end of this road (which is 600 m long) turn right (Kenyérgyári Rd.) and stop after 50 m because you will have arrived!

TOURNAMENT OFFICE
The tournament office is located in the club, at the 1st floor. The sign will show it! You will receive there all the information in connection with the tournament, hotel, meal, transportation and the rest.

The hotel is easy to reach, it is 10 minutes from the club by car.

TOURNAMENT TRANSPORT
Tournament transport is available only for those players who have already paid for package „A” or „B”! There will be a bus transfer service available between the hotel and the club. The first bus starts from the hotel to the club at 8.00 and the last from the club to the hotel at 21:20 pm every day, during the competition. The buses run between the hotel and the club only. The bus schedule will be spelt in the club and the hotel too.

FOOD AND MENU
The breakfast will always be served in the restaurant of the hotel, while the lunch and the dinner will be served in the gymnasium of the club every day. The salad will be free to pick, and you will be given the soup, the main menu and the dessert for tickets. The tickets will be given to everyone at the accreditation. Everybody can eat with the use of the tickets only! Unfortunately, we cannot consider any markings connected to lost tickets.

TOURNAMENT NORMS, REGULATIONS
Each player will play a minimum of 3 matches.
The competiton will be organized in U13, U15, U17, U19 age brackets.
Featuring: it will be prepared according to the topical gradiation by the ESF.
Transaction: on tables of 16 or 32 on the grounds of KO system, but every place will be jockeyed. In case of few competitors, there will be held team matches.
Each player must appear and be ready at the club 30 minutes before the time of play. Short matches and injuries can put forward starting times.
All matches will be played according to the WSF rules, best of 5 games with international scoring. Organising committee reserves the right to play the best of 3 games in consolation matches.
Players, who are more than 15 minutes late from their respective matches, will be disqualified.
All players must be ready to referee the matches that the Tournament Referee designates them. Referee must report to the tournament office, collect the player card, score sheet and the ball, then return those to the tournament office on completion of the match. Before the match they have to take over, and after it hand down the whole referee package: strip, pen, report, mock sheet, 1 ball (when it is leaky, too), player card, result card.
Any suggestions or complaints should be made to the Tournament Director who will submit them to the ESF in time.
We remind all of the players and the coaches that alcohol or any kind of drog consumption is forbidden.
All hotel costs, such as mini-bar, telephone, TV must be paid at the time of checking out. Paying for any failures will be trainers and corresponding associations responsible for. Any breakage must be paid immediately!
All players must attend all their matches and also the closing ceremony, which will be held as soon as the final results of each categories are known.

PLAYER SERVICES
• Racket string or any accessory - is available by request in the sports shop. Price of the stringing:1500HUF + the string.
• Sauna - is free for every accredited competitors and attendants. Opening hours: 11 am to 7 pm every day.
• Massage - can be booked at the tournament office. Price: 2800HUF/30 min. (Masseurs: Márta Sík +36-20-389-73-02 and Jenő Horváth +36-20-918-99-38)
• Changing-room - Every player will have an own locker in the changing-rooms. The keys of the lockers will be given by the reception for deposit. We have to charge the cost of lost keys: 2000HUF/key.
• Buffet - is opened from 7 am to 12 pm every day.
• First aid - is located at the entrance of the club, on left.
• Money exchange - is possible at the reception. Accepted currency: US DOLLAR, EURO, CHF
• Training - Players can train on empty courts without notification. The competition committee does not indemnify balls for the trainings.

WARNINGS
Watch out for your belongings! The organising committee does not take responsibility for any objects which are not guarded appropriately, and get lost. We aks all players that if they find anything during the competition, give it to the organizers!
Wearing of approved eye protection is mandatory on the court during the event, including the warm up and all matches too. Players will not be allowed to compete without protection.
Players enter and play in the tournament at their own risk. Neither the organisers nor the ESF take responsibility for injuries arising from participating in the event. Players must arrange their own insurance.
Bags and cases can be placed in the aerobics room (baggage room) on the first floor near womens’ changing-room, in the section of the given country. When the competitor plays, can take his bag to the court, in any other cases bags should be held in the baggage room. Thank you for your understanding!
